Jolene Simons-Bester
Jolene's passion for the art of dressage has driven her to become the best trainer/instructor possible. She loves nothing more than to share her years of devotion and knowledge with her horses and students.
Jolene's training and instruction emphasizes the importance of straightness, self carriage, and the athletic development of the horse.
Jolene is a USDF/USEF participating member and a USDF Silver medalist.
STUDENT SUCCESS
Jolene's approach to teaching is theory based. She believes you need to know the why in order to understand the how. She is patient and kind in her teaching and questions and feedback are encouraged from her students. Jolene strives to make each lesson a FUN learning experience!
Jolene often brings her USDF gold medalist trainer in to work with her students. Her goal is to make sure her students reach their goals and is proud of their success.
A student in Jolene's program will feel more secure and connected to their horse from the trail to the show ring. Jolene's student's achievements include; new feelings of confidence, winning championship ribbons, year end awards and regional championships.

CONTINUING EDUCATION
Jolene is committed to continuing her own education. She rides regularly with USDF gold medalist Brad Cutshall and attends clinics; both riding and auditing. She views every ride and lesson both received and given as a learning experience. Even a bad ride is a chance to learn something new.
Jolene has ridden for trainers such as: Brad Cutshall, Hilda Gurney, Mark Peter-Spahn and many others.
Currently Jolene is progressing through the USDF L program.
